This membership plan is not dental insurance, and it cannot be combined with a dental insurance policy. It is available only for uninsured patients.

Dr. Rozenfeld is proficient in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry and enhances her clinical training by taking continuing education courses and keeping current on the advances in the industry. Dr. Rozenfeld is committed to providing her patients with an exceptional dental experience.

Dr. Rozenfeld moved to Arizona from the east coast in 2016 with her family. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband and two sons. Dr. Rozenfeld has a hidden talent for baking and has a tradition of making custom birthday cakes for everyone in her family!
